BIGARO BYURLA

Fruits are large or very large, broad heart-shaped, slightly flattened, with blunt apex. Stem – medium long /35 mm/, medium thick. Fruit meat – dark red, firm, crunchy, juicy, sweet, slightly sour, with excellent taste qualities. The juice is red. Fruits become ripe within the third ten-day period of May – the fist week of June. Fruits are resistant to processing, transportation and storage. They are mainly intended for consumption in fresh condition.


BING

Fruits are large, broad heart-shaped, with rounded apex. The stem cavity is wide and deep. Stem – medium long /35 mm/, medium thick. Fruit meat – red, round the stone - darker red, firm, crunchy, juicy, nicely sweet and sour, with dark red juice and very good taste qualities. The juice is red. Fruits become ripe within the second - third ten-day period of June. An excellent merchant product. Fruits are resistant to processing and transportation to greater distances. They are mainly intended for consumption in fresh condition, for technological treatment and freezing.


VAN

Fruits are large, broad globe-shaped, with rounded apex and well shaped shoulders. Stem – typically short /25 mm/, thick. Fruit meat – dense to very firm, crunchy, yellowish to slightly pink, juicy, sweet, slightly sour, with very good to excellent taste qualities. Fruits become ripe within the third ten-day period of June. That variety is resistant to processing and transportation. Fruits are stored under normal conditions. Besides for consumption in fresh condition, fruits are suitable for industrial processing and freezing.


KOZERSKA

Fruits are large with very beautiful heart-shaped up to broad heart-shaped form. The stem is 44 mm long, medium thick. Fruit meat – light pink, firm, crunchy, juicy, sweet, as acidity is not felt, having very good taste qualities. Fruits become ripe within the last ten days of June. They are resistant to processing and transportation. They have excellent storage capability under normal refrigerator conditions.


GERMERSDORFSKA
Fruits are large, heart-shaped. Stem – 43 mm long, medium thick. Fruit meat – firm, crunchy, juicy, light pink, sweet sour having very good taste qualities. Fruits become ripe within the third ten-day period of June. An excellent merchant product. Fruits are very resistant to processing and transportation.

CELESTE
Fruits are large to very large having average weight of 9,5 gr. Shape – rounded, kidney-shaped, wider than higher. The skin is thick, firm, and intensively wine-red in colour with highly expressed shine. Fruit meat – dense not very juicy, red, cartilaginous of very good quality. Stem very short 23-24 mm, thick, standing vertically on the fruit. In suitable stage of ripeness fruits are very resistant as to processing as well as to transportation. The fruit production is intended mainly for consumption in fresh condition.

SUITE HEART

The fruits are average large 9-10 gr, much flattened blunt heart-shaped. The stem is medium long 3-4 cm, thick and well placed. Skin – fine, firm, smooth, intensively up to dark red having very well expressed shine. That gives an extremely trade appearance to the fruit. Meat – red, fine, sweet – sour with a fruit of cartilaginous consistency. This is one of the varieties that rips latest /4-5 July/. The production is intended mostly for consumption in fresh condition. Due to its resistance to transportation the variety is especially suitable for export.


CANADA GANT

Fruits are large to very large 11,5-12 gr., flattened, heart-shaped, with long thin stem; dark cherry-red colored, shining and very beautiful. The meat is dark red, juicy, tender, fine, cartilaginous, sweet, having pleasant refreshing acid and very good quality. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and also are resistant to processing and transport.
